Murthly Estate lies in the historic heart of Perthshire in Scotland, just a
few miles from Dunkeld. A traditional working estate, it is sheltered on the
west side by Birnam Hill and overlooks the mighty River Tay.
At the heart of the estate lies Murthly Castle & Chapel, set amongst some of
the tallest and oldest trees in Scotland. The castle is still in use as a family home, and is not open to the public. With a drive two miles (3km) long, it offers total privacy for any occasion.
